In a bid to preserve the safety and health of visitors and staff, Louvre Abu Dhabi has joined hands with VPS Healthcare to provide precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Several initiatives have been set in place including perpetual COVID-19 testing and infection control webinars. “We are proud to partner with Louvre Abu Dhabi, which is one of the most prominent cultural sites and landmarks in Abu Dhabi," says Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Chairman and Managing Director of VPS Healthcare.

VPS Healthcare will also provide the museum with nurses who will supervise the thermal screening areas for visitors while ensuring the health and safety guidelines are adhered to. Louvre Abu Dhabi has received the Go Safe certification issued by DCT Abu Dhabi, which is only provided to businesses and venues demonstrating the highest level of health and safety standards according to DCT Abu Dhabi guidelines.
